are two essential parts of the house architecture. On the one hand, the area open to the public, where people can come and visit, interact and learn but also share private, composed by the storage and maintenance of documents and models. However, the museum space is perhaps the most characteristic of all because it is the interface between the institution and the outside world. The project, located in Matosinhos on the outskirts of the city of Porto, then proposes 12'250 m2 of a site divided in the limit of the urban and near the port facilities in the city. The implementation of the main building is justified by a long line of ground breaking at the west front, in a diagonal north-south site.
The composition follows a logical overlay levels "used-served basis. Thus, the floor is open to the public at the height of the city while the parking and the level of service - including storage, preparation space for exhibitions and other technical services - are operating under Concealed. The main access therefore welcome visitors with the west side leading to the central fireplace that connects directly to showrooms, has the audience and the cafeteria. The library is about to put it in door-to-fake on the extremity of the body of the building, detached from the rest to reach the calmness needed to study and reading. In addition, two appendices blocks collect administrative offices and technical back-part, while in the west, a green expanse allows city dwellers to enjoy a relaxing space.

Mobius Tower: a housing project for London Borough City
The method of the workshop is first in the study of various references in order to develop a formal language clean. In this case, the Mobius strip is the subject of work, especially for its properties: one cycle of a single continuous surface, provided with a single board. Thus, starting from the abstract stage, one can extract space by folding the strip in order to humanize it by the introduction of walls, floors and a roof. The conceptual schema is then defined by the intersection of two or more of these bands manipulated. In addition, the site is also analyzed. It is located in the heart of London and more particularly in the small London City Borough, one of the city finance the most dynamic and important planet.
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN PROCESS
ANALYTICAL CHARTS
A central location also identified several issues regarding the mobility and location of activities in the city. Indeed, London City Borough is by far the city's most dense amount of workers in the United Kingdom, but has however a small resident population. Therefore, the suggestion is to attract those workers living on the outskirts to come and live there. The program is now incorporating a diversity of activities in three bands Mobius WOVEN into each other and applying a concept of life cycle. Thus, three surfaces bind and generate the entire living space - offices, cafes, homes, parks, etc. - by providing ground-level spaces to public and private spaces vertically.

If the computer is a key point in the development of the project, the work is basically done by 3D parametric program Rhinoceros. So everything is done on the computer directly through the virtual model. Thus, even the production models is no exception to the rule. Indeed, the support and the 1:250 scale model and that of the 1:1000 site, consist of an assemblage of pieces 2D cardboard, cut to the Zund machine. The model of the project is about 1:1000 to him after 3D printing directly from the computer model.

Overflow: a flag for the London Festival of Architecture
In spring 2008, the team appointed to develop the pavilion ALICE Overflow realized, a large scale architectural installation that reacts to the tide of the River Thames in London. This is a polystyrene structure measuring 11 x 15.7 meters, manufactured and tested at the premises of the Ecole Cantonale d'Art de Lausanne (ECAL). Subsequently, overflow was erected and exposes them ephemeral of June 20 to 22 on the platform of Southwark, opposite the famous Tate Modern. On July 3, 2008, the jury of the National Architecture Student Festival (NASF) has decided to reward Overflow In bestowing the award for "Best Project" and "Signpost".
Even if the installation was finally facing the Tate Modern, Overflow was originally projected for Tower Bridge Plaza. This site, located at the southeast end of the famous bridge, had been strategically chosen to amplify the effect of the evolution of the tide in space contains instead. Thus, the movement generated by the natural phenomenon have been transposed on Tower Bridge Plaza through a curtain of space, constantly changing the perception of London panorama from the place. It is also important to note the change in tide level observed by almost unnoticed this part of town, since it is an oscillation more than six meters.

The geometry of the structure is based on the idea of a radial pattern. In this way, the visibility from the platform to the opposite shore is constantly changing, from a combination of motion generated by tidal forces and a more or less porosity of the mesh. Finally, overflow was conceived as a collection of 426 different modules constituting a cruciform structure flexible polystyrene powered by a system of ropes introduced to the interior thereof. In addition, the entire object was made and attached to the parapet of the quay pivotally by the amplitudes of the tide.
