The project, located in Matosinhos on the outskirts of the city of Porto, then proposes 12'250 m2 of a site divided in the limit of the urban and near the port facilities in the city. The implementation of the main building is justified by a long line of ground breaking at the west front, in a diagonal north-south site.
The composition follows a logical overlay levels "used-served basis.
